Wal-Mart doesn't care, so we have to make it care
I have mixed feelings about this. I'm not eager for government to require businesses like Wal-Mart to provide medical insurance; but if we're not going to get public funding for health care soon, at least this bill is a lesser evil than letting thousands of people go uninsured.

Seems a lot of people forget what the purpose of a business is.
And to make a law that applies to only a single corporation seems rather vindictive.
remind me -- what's the purpose of a business again? And if it's exclusively for its owners, why do we subsidize so many of them, in so many ways?
