From a Faux News article headlined "Obama Appeals to Liberal Media in First Prime Time Press Conference":

He seated a left-wing radio host [Ed Schultz] in the coveted front row. He called on a liberal blogger [Sam Stein] from the Huffington Post. He even brought far-left columnist Helen Thomas out of the wilderness[...]

Even if Faux in its bitterness has to lie by embellishing, it is news when anyone in the media with a non-right-wing point of view gets any attention.
